Selecting “Corporate Dreamer” will require a nominated representative.

4) Member Declaration

I confirm I am 18 years or older (if applying as an individual). I reside in Australia or have an active interest in the Foundation's mission. I support the purpose of the Duku Forè Foundation. I agree to comply with the Foundation’s Constitution and any policies approved by the Board. I commit to values of respect, inclusiveness, and non-discrimination. I understand my application is subject to Board approval and that fees must be paid for membership to be active.

Membership is based on the financial year: 1 July to 30 June.

1-year membership Dreamers: $45 • Honorary: $100 • Corporate: $250 2-year membership Dreamers: $90 • Honorary: $200 • Corporate: $500

What happens next?

Your application will be reviewed by the Board. If approved, we’ll email a payment link or invoice based on the calculated fee. Membership becomes active once payment is received.
